Psychologist, PsyD |
I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in treating adults coping with anxiety, depression, dissociative disorders, and trauma and PTSD. I use a variety of techniques and perspectives to tailor a care plan for each patient, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, focusing, mindfulness based therapies, biofeedback, and hypnosis. I support those who have gone through conflicts in personal and professional relationships relationships and those who have been involved in a crisis or traumatic event.
I also work with those who find themselves experiencing new shifts in their lives and feel the need for assistance in centering themselves or adjusting to these new changes.
Starting therapy can be a difficult process, and the first often feels like the hardest. If you feel that I can be of help to you, please email or call to set up an initial appointment. I also offer Skype and telephone sessions for those who can't make it in person.
